Ingredients:

     1/2  cup           vegetable oil
     1/3  cup           vinegar
     1/4  cup           Worcestershire sauce
   1      8 oz can      tomato sauce
   2 1/2  teaspoons     onion -- minced
   2      tablespoons   brown sugar
   1      tablespoon    chili powder
   1      teaspoon      sugar
     1/2  teaspoon      seasoned salt

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients. Let stand five minutes. Stir before using a brush on chicken or turkey parts. Serve with remaining sauce.
