1 cup beef stock
1 cup ketchup
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 cup water
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cloves -- ground
1 cup vinegar
1 juice
3 large onion -- diced
1/2 cup brown sugar -- firmly
packed
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
lemon
Preparation:
Mix all of the ingredients together, blending well and simmer at least 1 hour , but longer is better.
Serve on roast, ribs, steak or bee burgers.
Leftovers can be frozen.
