Ingredients:

  3           packages  jello -- 3oz
  4           packages  unflavored gelatin
  4               cups  boiling water
  2        tablespoons  lemon juice
 

Preparation:

Combine in mix n stor pitcher jello and gelatin. Add boiling wter and stir until thoroughly dissolved. Stir in lemon juice. Pour into cold cut keeper and chill until firm. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes which can be packed in lunch box and eaten later. Will not melt unless placed in hot sun or over direct heat.
