Ingredients:

   1      tablespoon    brown sugar
   1      tablespoon    flour
   1      tablespoon    dry mustard
   1      teaspoon      salt
   1      teaspoon      black pepper
   1      teaspoon      paprika
   1      teaspoon      cayenne
   1      clove         garlic -- minced
   1      teaspoon      chili powder
     1/2  cup           water
     1/2  cup           vinegar
     1/2  cup           chicken broth
   1      tablespoon    lemon juice
 

Preparation:

1. Heat sauce ingredients 20 minutes but do not boil. 2. Pour on pulled and chopped pork and steep overnight in refrigerator. 3. Skim off fat and place pile of pork on bun. 4. Heat and serve with coleslaw on bun or on the side.
