Ingredients:

  1            package  jell-o -- any flavor
  1               pint  boiling water
  1                     egg white -- stiffly beaten
 

Preparation:

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Chill. When slightly thickened, fold in egg white. Pile lightly in sherbet glasses. Chill until firm. Serve with Custard Sauce. I recommend you use meringue powder instead of raw egg.
