Preparation:
Combine gelatin, sugar, and boiling water in electric blender container. Cover and blend at low speed until gelatin is dossolved, about 1 minute. Add crushed ice and cream cheese; cover and blend at high speed until ice is melted and cream cheese is well blended, about 1 minute. Pour into individual glasses or a serving bowl. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. Top with canned pie filling or fresh or drained canned fruit, if desired. Makes 2 1/2 cups or 5 servings. |
