Preparation:
1. Soften gelatin in water; place over low heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
2. Stir gelatin into coffee; stir in sugar until sugar is dissolved.
3. Stir in Angostura.
4. Pour mixture into serving dishes; chill until firm.
5. Serve mold garnished with thin slices of lemon, or cube gelatin and serve in dessert dishes with thin lemon slices. |
