Preparation:
1. Mix the V-8 juice with the Worcestershire sauce then combine with the wine.
2. Pour this mix over the T-bone steaks and let marinate for 15-25 minutes.
3. Place T-bones in pan to cook and pour any remaining juice mixture over. Cook the T-bones for 30 minutes, 15 minutes per side.
4. Add the bell pepper strips and allow to soften. Serve alone or with vegetables and rice |
