Preparation:
Combine gelatin and boiling water in electric blender container. Cover and blend at low speed until gelatin is dissolved, about 1 minute. Add ice and whipped topping; cover and blend at high speed until ice is melted, about 30 seconds. Pour into serving bowl. Let stand 5 minutes; then stir in strawberries. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. Makes 4 1/2 cups or 8 servings. |
