Ingredients:

sour straws (the candy, in the color of the graduation mortarboard)
Frosting and foodcoloring (in the color of the grads mortarboard)
brownie mix
circle candies (ex. breath savers) (In color of mortarboard)

Preparation:

make the brownies put the frostng on the brownies the circle candy goes in the center of the brownie. The sour straws have to be cut very small strings and hung over like a tassel.
