Ingredients:
1 lb. Skirt Steak
A-1 Sauce (2 tablespoons)
1 box Grape Jello (My favorite, but Lime is good too)
1 pint boiling water
1 tbspn. Salt
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbspn. cayenne pepper
(and, the magic ingredient... 1/4 cup freshly crushed Rosemary)
1 container cool Whip |
Preparation:
Dice the skirt steak and saute until brown, stir in Rosemary, cayenne, cream and salt.
Prepare Jello as per normal, and when half-firmed up in the fridge, mix thoroughly with steak and sauce. Refrigerate until very cold and firm. Top with A-1 Sauce and Cool Whip, to taste. Serves 6. DELICIOUS!!! |
