Preparation:
Line a 9x13" pan with graham wafers. Add pie filling on top of wafers. Cover with another layer of wafers. Whip the cream until stiff, adding vanilla and sugar as you go. When stiff, cover wafers completely. Cover and refridgerate at least 3 hours, so the wafers have enough time to soften. ***Note: May be made in a square pan for a smaller crowd.
