CROSS BETWEEN CORN SOUFFLE AND SLIGHTLY SWEET CORN PUDDING. ESPECIALLY GREAT FOR PICKY KIDS.
 

Ingredients:

1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER
2 EGGS, BEATEN
1 (8.5 OZ)CORN BREAD/MUFFIN MIX
1 (15 OZ) WHOLE KERNEL CORN, DRAINED
1 (14.75 OZ) CREAM STYLE CORN
1 CUP SOUR CREAM

 

Preparation:

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. LIGHTLY GREASE 9X9 BAKING DISH 1. IN MEDIUM BOWL COMBINE: BUTTER, EGGS, CORN BREAD MIX, WHOLE AND CREAMED CORN AND SOUR CREAM. 2. SPOON INTO PREPARED BAKING DISH. 3. BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES UNTIL LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN.
