200 gms noodles - thin variety
finely shredded veggies 1 cup - carrot, cabbage, capsicum, spring onion
2 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp chili sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Deep fry the noodles.
Note - THE NOODLES SHOULD BE DEEP FRIED AND NOT BOILED
Wrap the fried noodles in a tissue paper to absorb excess of oil.
Add the veggies.
Add the vinegar and the sauce.
Add the salt and pepper.
Mix well and serve.
