Preparation:
* Mix all cake ingredients in a large bowl for 2 – 3 minutes.
* Divide cake mix between two 17 cm greased cake tins.
* Bake in a moderate oven for 25 – 30 minutes.
* When cool, turn out onto cake rack.
* Spread roughly 1/4 cup of Icing onto the bottom of 1 half, and 1/4 cup icing onto the top of the other.
* Place the regular marshmallows upwards on the iced top, and place the other half on top.
* Spread the rest of the icing on top of the cake, and dust with
Icing Sugar.
Icing:
Mix all Icing ingredients except marshmallows until smooth.
