PORK CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

500       grams         pork (cut into 1/2" pcs)
2                       Bay leaves
1         Tablespoon    whole peppercorns
4                       green cardamons
1/4       cup           Hot Tobassco Sauce
1         can           Mushrooms
2         Tablespoons   oil
1         cube          Broth Cube
1         1 inch piece  cinnamon stick
1                       Red and Orange Capsicum (Cubed)
 

Preparation:

Heat oil till piping hot and drop the peppercorns.Cover a few seconds and then put the cardamons, bay leaves and cinnamon stick. Fry a few seconds. Then add the pork cubes fry a few mins. Add the water from the mushroom tin with a broth cube. When half cooked add the tobasco sauce and mushrooms cut in half (If too Big).When meat is cooked thicken slightly with corn flour. Remove from fire and add the cubed capsicum. (Can use slit green chillies to make it more spicy)
