Chinese Chop Suey

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Lbs. Chop Suey Meat.
2 Medium Size Onions Chopped.
4 Cups Chopped Celery.
1 14oz. can Chinese Chop Suey Vegetables.                            1 19oz. Can Bean Sprouts.   2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce And Bead Mollasses. 1 Envelope Mushroom Gravy. 1/4 Teaspoon Of Garlic Powder. 1 Tablespoon of Salt.  4 Cups of Water.
 

Preparation:

Brown Meat in 5 Quart Dutch Oven. Add Celery, Onions, Garlic Powder, And Saute For 10 Minutes. Add All Other Ingredients Bring To A Boil In Covered Pot. Turn down heat And Simmer For 1 1/2 Hrs. To Thicken Use One Additional Cup Of Water Mixed With 3 Tablespoons Of Corn Starch. Stir In Slowly And Let Simmer For 10 Minutes Longer. Can Be Served Over Rice, Noodles Or By Itself. Serves 6 To 8.
