Fantastic Whole Wheat Potato Bread

Serves: 1 1/2 pound loaf
This bread makes wonderful sandwiches. Bread doesn't crumble and slices easily even when warm. This recipe can be used with the delay timer feature.
 

Ingredients:

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 1/8     cup           water (heated to 90 degrees F)
4         Tablespoons   butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
2         cups          whole wheat flour 
1         cup           bread flour
1 1/2     teaspoon      salt 
3         Tablespoons   sugar
1/4       cup           dehydrated potato flakes
1 1/2     teaspoon      yeast
 

Preparation:

Add water to bread machine pan. Add butter and remaining dry ingredients (except yeast) to the pan on top of the water. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add yeast to the well. Set the bread machine controls to: "Basic" bread setting "Light" crust setting "1-1/2 lb." loaf size setting
