Preparation:
Mix flour and sugar. Add egg yolks, milk and water. Cook until it bubbles and thickens (stir to keep it from sticking).
Layer Bananas and vanilla wafers in a bowl and pour the hot pudding over them. Make sure all wafers and bananas are covered. For merinque, beat egg whites, adding a T. of sugar for merinque and put on top. Put in the oven and brown the merinque (under the broiler for a few minutes). Make sure the pudding is in an oven proof bowl if you plan to put a merinque on the top.
