1 x Bunch of Rocket 1 x small block of Parmasen Cheese 250grams of Walnuts (shelled) 1-2 Pears (3 if small) Dash of Balsamic Vinigerette
Wash Rocket, Shred Parmasen with a vege peeler (very thin slices), slice pear thinly. Mix all ingrediants together, add walnuts and mix. Add vinigerette to taste.
