Preparation:
a. Wash beef well, add 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder and required salt and water,pressure cook until meat is done.
b. Make a thick paste of ingredients 2 - 4 and keep aside.
c. Heat oil in a non-stick wok and fry onions in slow flame until its really soft and turns light brown.
d. Add ginger+garlic paste and stir for 2 mins in medium flame.
e. Add garam masala powder and stir for 1 min.
f. Now add the cooked beef pieces into the above mixture without any water, stir for 10 mins. Finally add 1/2 cup water to it cover and leave it for about 10 mins until water evoporates.
Optional:
You may add about 2-3 tsp oil and fry until the masala gets coated over the meat which turns slighly brown.
