Preparation:
Heat up frying pan to 350-365 degrees
Dredge cutlets in seasoned flour and then into beaten eggs, then into bread crumbs- Coat well
Place into hot oil, cook one minute each side. Place onto a platter with some paper toweling to absorb any extra oli.
Serve hot, squeeze some fresh lemon juice or a few drops of you favorite hot sauce on them and eat. DO NOT OVERCOOK- Venison best served medium to rare |
