1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Dash pepper
1 Dash cayenne
1 egg white lightly beaten
10 oz. cream-style corn fat free |

Preparation:
Mix together first 5 ingredients. Blend in egg white and creamed corn. Drop
by tablespoons onto
sprayed pan or griddle or a dry nonstick griddle. Cook until golden; turn
carefully. Cook until
golden on other side. Makes twelve 3-inch pancakes. |
