1/2 cup brown vinegar
1 egg
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon cornflour
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
OR
1 teaspoon hot English mustard.
1 cup of water from Corned Meet Pot
Preparation:
Mix together sugar and egg, blend well, add mustard and cornflour mix well, add brown vinegar
and the water from corn meet.
Heat over low heat or put in double boiler stir until thickened.
