Ingredients:

1         Large         Onion, chopped
1         Large         Green Pepper, chopped
2         pound         lean ground beef or turkey
1         Can           tomato sauce
2         Cans          Brooks Red Hot Chili Beans
1         Can           Brooks diced tomatoes (Seasoned-Mild)
1/2       Package       Chili seasoning (Optional)
 

Preparation:

Saute onion and pepper in large frying pan until tender. Add crumbled ground meat and cook over medium heat until thoroughly cooked. Add seasonings, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and beans. Simmer over low heat or in crock pot until ready to serve.
