Preparation:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2-quart casserole. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. While pasta is cooking, cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Mix beef, pasta, 3 tablespooons of the parsley, milk, barbecue sauce, mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of the Cheddar cheese. Spoon into casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon parsley. |
