THIS IS MY TRADITIONAL SUPER BOWL BEAN DIP. I MADE IT WITH ALL THE FATTY CHEESES UNTIL I MARRIED A MAN WITH DIABETES. I SINCE MODIFIED IT AND IT IS JUST AS GOOD.
 

Ingredients:

2 CANS FAT FREE REFRIED BEANS
16 OZ FAT FREE SOUR CREAM
2-4 BUNCHES (DEPENDS ON TASTE)GREEN ONIONS
1 CUP REDUCED FAT MONTERAY JACK CHEESE
 MILD, MED, OR SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
 

Preparation:

SPREAD ONE CAN OF REFRIED BEANS ON THE BOTTOM OF A 9x9 BAKING PAN. TOP WITH 1/2 CUP EACH CHEESE. TOP CHEESE WITH AS MUCH ONION AS YOU DESIRE. TOP WITH 8 OZ OF SOUR CREAM. REPEAT STEPS TILL YOU END WITH SOUR CREAM ON TOP. COVER WITH FOIL, AND HEAT IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 1/2 HOUR. COOL TO YOUR TASTE, TURN ON THE GAME AND INDULGE. SERVE WITH BAKED OR TORTILLA CHIPS THAT ARE TRANS-FATTY.
