Preparation:
Mix yeast in water as for bread. Add flour and salt and mix. Knead for 10 minutes, then let rise. Stretch the dough over a cookie sheet, making sure to turn up the edges. Spread with the tomato sauce, then sprinkle on grated cheese, mushrooms, and onions. Put in 400 oven and cook for about half an hour. (You can make two at once and freeze the second. It should keep at least a week.) |
