Chicago Style Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

  3               cups  flour
     1/2           cup  cornmeal
  1            package  active dry yeast
  1           teaspoon  sugar
     1/2      teaspoon  salt
  1                cup  water
  2          teaspoons  olive oil
 

Preparation:

combine flour, cornmeal, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl gradually mix in water beat until mixture forms a ball knead in mixer for 1-2 mintues remove from mixer and shape into a ball coat with oil cover, put in a warm place, and allow to rise for 60 minutes rollout, garnish, and cook as desired
