Preparation:
Brown meat and onion in a skillet. Drain fat. Add pizza sauce and spaghetti sauce and simmer. Cook noodles as directed on package until al dente; drain. (The noodles should not be soft.)
In a crockpot, put a layer of meat/sauce mixture, then a layer of noodles, then meat/sauce, then cheeses, then pepperoni and as much sliced mushrooms and sliced green bell pepper as desired. Repeat layers if you wish and have ingredients available.
Cook on high for 30 minutes, then on low for 1 to 2 hours, until cheese melts. |
