Fast, Easy, Guilt-Free Pizza

Ingredients:

  1            12 inch  pizza crust
     3/4           cup  low sodium spaghetti sauce -- (up to 1)
  8             ounces  lowfat mozzarella cheese
  1                     carrots -- grated, (up to 2)
  1                     tomatoes -- sliced, (up to 2)
  1                     green or red bell peppers -- cut in rings, (up
                        -- to 2)
  1                     zucchini -- sliced horizontally
                        mushroom -- sliced
 

Preparation:

Place crust on cookie sheet which has been sprayed with a pan coating. Spread sauce over crust. Cover with cheese. Arrange vegetables on top. (Blanch heavier vegetables before arranging on pizza crust). Bake in 450 degree F. oven for 10-15 minutes, or until vegetables are done and cheese is bubbly and melted. Cut into 8 pieces. Prep Time: 20 mins. - Cook Time: 15 mins.
