Ingredients:

  1                cup  water
  1                     egg
  1           teaspoon  salt
  2        tablespoons  sugar
  3               cups  bread flour
  3        tablespoons  dry milk powder
  1 1/2      teaspoons  active dry yeast
 

Preparation:

Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order they are listed. Select " Dough" setting. When cylce is finished, remove dough with a rubber spatula and place on a floured surface. Pat it into a circle and use a roller if necessary. Place it on a greased 12-14" round pizza pan. Spread with pizza sauce and any toppings you wish. Bake in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for 15-20 min. NOTE: for whole wheat pizza dough, substitute 2 cups whole wheat flour and 1 cup bread flour instead of 3 cups bread flour.
