Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350oF. Remove 1/2 cup of cookie dough and save for another use. Add flour to remaining dough and combine. Roll dough into a 14 inch piece on a 15 inch stone. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cookie is lightly browned. Let cool for 10 minutes then loosen cookie from stone. Cool completely. Blend cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread on cooled crust. Peel, core and slice apples. Dip apples into lemon juice to prevent browning. Arrange apples on top of mixture. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Heat caramel topping and drizzle over apples. Sprinkle chopped nuts over pizza. Cut and serve. |
