Preparation:
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain off fat. Blend in pizza sauce, garlic salt and oregano. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Knead rolls together into a ball. Roll to a 9 x 13 inch rectangle. Place over meat mixture in pan. Cut a small slit in the dough to vent steam. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes. |
