1 Medium Carrot
1 Small Onion
2 Eggs
2 Celery Sticks
2 Apples (one tart & one sweet)
5 Potatoes
5 Baby Dill Pickles
Halves Green Pepper
4 Tablespoon. Mayo
To Taste Salt and Pepper
Preparation:
Cook Potatoes and Eggs together(Remove Eggs after 5 Min)
Cook Carrots (Separately)
Cut all cooked Ingredients to bit size
Mix all remaning Ingredients together
Cover with plastic wrap
Refrigerate for 3 to 4 Hrs.
