Preparation:
Mix the ground pork with the garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. In a small pot or casserole, fry the meat mixture lightly, then add the peeled prawns and sliced spring onions. Beat the eggs with a little water and pour them over the meat and prawn mixture. Cover and place pot in a steamer and steam until the egg sets, about 20-25 minutes. |
