4 hard cooked egg -- halved
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or miracle whip
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard or dijon mustard
1 dash pepper
paprika -- for sprinkling
Preparation:
Hard boil the eggs. Cool. Cut eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks and mash with a fork. Mix in remaining ingredients. Fill with yolk mixture, heaping it up lightly. Sprinkle with paprika. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
