Preparation:
In a food processor, process with the steel blade the canned tomatoes, jalapenos and cilantro until finely chopped. Core fresh tomatoes, cut into 1" pieces and add to mixture; pulse processor until salsa reaches desired consistency. Add canned green chiles, cumin, salt and sugar. Pulse just until well blended. Serve immediately or refrigerate; garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with fresh tortilla chips. |
