Preparation:
1. Combine sugar, flour, salt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; beat in eggs.
2. Blend in pumpkin. Add milk; mix well.
3. Pour into tart shells; bake in preheated 400 oven 25 to 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
4. Cool; top with whipped cream, if desired. |
