Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 300F.
2. In a 1 cup metal measure or very small metal bowl combine all ingredients. Set measuring cup or bowl on a baking sheet.
3. Cook in lower 3rd of oven 1 hour. Cool on rack 30 minutes.
4. Line a small strainer with several layers of cheesecloth and strain oil into a glass jar.
Notes: Garlic oil will keep covered loosely and refrigerated at all times for 1 month. |
