Ingredients:
A dozen large tiger prawns
4-5 Skewers
Two Roma Tomatoes
I Green Pepper ( orange, yellow whatever color green pepper get nowadays).
1 Lime
1 Shot of Tequila or Bacardi
A bunch of cilantro
2 cloves of Garlic
Sea Salt, or Jewish Kosher salt, or Morton Rain Girl Salt, whatever you like....
Coarse black pepper |
Preparation:
Cut up peppas and tomatoes coarsely. No try cut peppas too big, 'cause den da shrimp don't get da nice grill kine look 'cause dem peppas is keeping dem away from da kine. Okay, den you wanna go ahead and shell da prawns. If you like leave shell on too, dats up to you. Ainokea. Den you wanna put em all in one bowl den add you a shot of tequila or bacardi. Cut up some cilantro ( about 1/2 cup, be liberal though cilantro is not really overpowering) and squeeze on lime in there. Add da finely chopped garlic cloves. Good. Mix 'em up real good den put all da stuffs on da skeweres and grill 'em. Mmm Mmmmm. |
