Ingredients:
Pre-made Pie Crust (comes uncooked already in pie pan)
6 fresh backyard eggs or 4 extra large store bought
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 chopped Red or Green Bell Pepper
1/2 chopped Medium White Onion 3/4 -1 cup chopped Portabella Mushrooms
6 strips cooked bacon, drained, broken into small pieces
3/4 -1 cup Crumbled cheese, Cheddar and Monterey Jack
1 tsp chopped Garlic
Handful Fresh chopped Chive and Parsley
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste |
Preparation:
Lightly Baste crust w. butter Bake 400 – 5-8 minutes
Cook 6 slices bacon or equivalent ham – break into small pieces - set aside

Chop all veggies and herbs
and
Saute Veggies and Herbs in just enough butter to coat lightly: (veggies won’t get softer during cooking – do onions until clear)
About 7 – 10 minutes on medium total add things according to time needed
and
1/2 Red or Green Bell Pepper
and1/2 Medium White Onion
1 tsp chopped Garlic
Then
Portabella Mushrooms chopped 3/4 -1 cup (for pre-sliced cut into 3 pieces to make smaller)
Handful Fresh chopped Chive and Parsley last 2 -3 minutes
Beat eggs w.
1 cup + splash whole milk
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 TBL spoon flour
Fresh Ground Mediterranean sea salt
Fresh Ground 4 pepper mix or black pepper
Then add everything, sauteed mixture, cheese and bacon stir then pour into crust
