9 large potatoes
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp.flour
2c. Milk
1/2 lb. velveeta cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
parboil potatoes for about 8 minutes; slice. place in baking dish alternately with cheese. dot with butter. make sauce flour and milk, pour over potatoes. sprinkle with paprika. bake in slow oven, 300 degrees, for 1 hour. serves 6
