Easy and tasty fast dessert for casual recevings |

Ingredients:
1 ready sponge cake
pistachio paste, enough to spread 1 layer of the cake
3 eggs
half cup of cream
some olive oil to fry
sugar and cinnamon mixture to dust
nuts to spread on top
banana or red fruits mixture
Some vanilla ice cream if you wish |

Preparation:
Beat cream and eggs in a deep bowl
Spread pistachio paste on one layer of cake and put other layer on it. Press lightly two layer .Cut into 6 slice.Deep into the egg cream mixture one by one.Dust two sides with mixture of sugar cinnamon.You can do it without sugar.İts egough good to taste too.
And fry them.SErve with banana or red fruits and some cream or vanilla ice cream |
