Preparation:
Combine Chex cereals, cashews and coconut in large bowl. Mix margarine, curry powder and red pepper in cup; pour over cereal mixture, tossing to coat evenly. Spread mixture in ungreased jelly-roll pan. Bake in a 250-degree oven for 30 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Stir in banana chips and raisins. Bake for 15 minutes longer. Let stand until cool. Store in airtight container. |
