Ingredients:

  1                     green pepper -- cubed
  2             stalks  celery -- (cut in 2" pieces)

  1                     onion -- chopped
  2               cups  marinara sauce -- (2 to 3)
  1              clove  garlic -- chopped
 

Preparation:

Heat Marinara sauce, add the potato and celery. Cook 15 minutes, then add the zucchini, pepper, onion and garlic. Cook until tender about 15-20 minutes longer.
