Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 3 round pans, 9x1 1/2 inches. Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour into pans.
2. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire rack. Cool completely.
3. Fill layers with raspberry preserves. Frost side and top of cake with Lemon Buttercream Frosting. Store covered in refrigerator. |
