Preparation:
Coat muffin cups with cooking spray; set aside. Combine sugar, Lighter Bake, and eggs; mix well. Stir in apples. Combine flour, bran, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt; stir into apple mixture. Stir in raisins. Spoon into prepared muffin cups. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until done. Makes 1 dozen muffins. |
