Ingredients:

1         package       one step white angel food cake mix
1         tablespoon    baking cocoa
1 1/4     cups          cold coffee
                        Chocolate shot
                        Mocha Frosting

Preparation:

1. Bake and cool cake as directed on package for two 9-inch loaf pans; except stir cocoa into cake mix (dry) and substitute cold coffee for the water. Sprinkle with chocolate shot. 2. Serve cake with Mocha Frosting. Sprinkle with additional chocolate shot if desired. Cover and refrigerate any remaining cake.
