Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms only of 12 medium 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inch muffin cups.
2. In large bowl mix cereal and milk. Let stand 5 minutes. Beat in oil and egg. Add remaining ingredients and stir into cereal mixture just until moistened.
3. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. |
